HAVING A BROKEN AND CONTRILE HEART

Romans 12:16 KJV
Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

 A broken and contrite heart is one which is able to be altered and transformed daily. It's one which is not harden from the voice of the Holy Spirit and rebukes from others, such is a heart that's vulnerable before God.

As a believer God is calling us not to be wise in our own conceits because firstly His wisdoms are manifold. Never draw conclusion nor settle by what you only know about God but be that person who honors the knowledge of God from other people because that's who He is. He deals with men differently 

Secondly, there's a saying that no man is an island meaning that you will never be complete in everything, yes we are perfected in Christ but remember also our Lord reached a place and He needed company from Peter, John and James.

In life you need men and you also need to get something from other men. Some anointing or graces aren't received from prayer mountains or fastings but from Elijahs

JOT OF VERACITY 
Cultivate a contrite and a broken heart to receive from any man and ye renewed

PRAYER
Lord God thank You for the council today, I believe that it's working a great work in me as am being transformed to what it's saying in Jesus'mighty name I pray AMEN

NECESSITY OF FASTING In the book of Mathew 9:14-15,we realize that the groom left only when he spent 3 days in the grave. We all believe in His resurrection and the bible clearly tells us that when we received Him He begun to dwell in us, in other words the bridegroom is with us still. So why then do we fast?? Many christians have it on their minds that it's because they fast that they receive results simply because they received results after some serious days, weeks, months, or even years of fasting, this is a very inconsistent way to go about fasting because if you think that what Jesus did on the cross is not enough, then how much more is your fasting insufficient?? , you can't help God by fasting.
