Let us hold fast the confession of [our] hope without wavering, for He who promised [is] faithful.

HOLD FAST, DON'T WAVER
There can be times when what is around seems not to agree, with what you know as true, when the raging seems strong yet you confessed calm, when things seem funny, do not forsake the promise that He gave, don't waver stay on track.

Our theme verse encourages us to hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering or shaking because of Him who promised is faithful.

God is faithful in keeping His word, 
He is not a man that lies, for this we can hold on to what He said without turning aside even when things seem out of hand, He is still God and working in us for His glory.

NECESSITY OF FASTING In the book of Mathew 9:14-15,we realize that the groom left only when he spent 3 days in the grave. We all believe in His resurrection and the bible clearly tells us that when we received Him He begun to dwell in us, in other words the bridegroom is with us still. So why then do we fast?? Many christians have it on their minds that it's because they fast that they receive results simply because they received results after some serious days, weeks, months, or even years of fasting, this is a very inconsistent way to go about fasting because if you think that what Jesus did on the cross is not enough, then how much more is your fasting insufficient?? , you can't help God by fasting.
