2 Kings 5:11-14 AMP

13). And his servants came near and said to him, My father, if the prophet had bid you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much rather, then, when he says to you, Wash and be clean?

DON’T DESPISE INSTRUCTION

Sometimes, because of how big we may imagine in our minds that the task at hand is, we expect some too complicated instructions about them, something that will take too much to accomplish and forsake/despise doing the simple things that He has instructed us to do, now this is so dangerous.

We see that Naaman would have willingly done some complicated thing that the prophet would have asked but then was walking away from a simple instruction because it looked too small according to what he thought.

But it is in this that his cleansing had been hidden and not anywhere else. 

God’s ways are not ours and His are far above ours, that everything about Him surpasses by far what we can ever think or even imagine. 

This therefore calls for us to fully obey to what He is instructing us to do for our thriving. 

GOLDEN NUGGET 

We should not despise any instruction that is given to us by Him, no matter what we think and expect, our victory is hidden in obeying Him, remember he uses the foolish things of the world to accomplish great for his glory.
