WAITING ON THE LORD

Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV)
But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew [their] strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

WAITING ON THE LORD
The Lord our God strengthens only those who wait on Him. He says that if they don't fly, atleast they will run but if they don't run, then they will walk but their strength shall not faint.

Waiting on the Lord does not imply that things are going to be easy. The rains of hardships will come, streams of pain and loss will rise and the winds of trials and tribulations will blow and beat against you but you can not fall if your foundation is on the rock Jesus.

Let us then lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily ensnares us and look unto Jesus,the author and finisher of our faith.

Prayer
Father I thank you for today's revelation. I refuse to be shaken by whatever belongs to the earthly nature but in great endurance, I chose to live by faith in You and not by sight. Thank you Jesus. Amen.

Necessity Of Fasting

NECESSITY OF FASTING In the book of Mathew 9:14-15,we realize that the groom left only when he spent 3 days in the grave. We all believe in His resurrection and the bible clearly tells us that when we received Him He begun to dwell in us, in other words the bridegroom is with us still. So why then do we fast?? Many christians have it on their minds that it's because they fast that they receive results simply because they received results after some serious days, weeks, months, or even years of fasting, this is a very inconsistent way to go about fasting because if you think that what Jesus did on the cross is not enough, then how much more is your fasting insufficient?? , you can't help God by fasting.
