Matthew 16:24 (AMP)
Then Jesus said to His disciples, If anyone desires to be My disciple, let him deny himself [disregard, lose sight of, and forget himself and his own interests] and take up his cross and follow Me [cleave steadfastly to Me, conform wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying, also]. 

FOLLOWING CHRIST
Many times we think by doing ministry with one heart and mind, we are pleasing or and even surprising God with our labors.

From our theme scripture, The Word was saying for you to follow Him, you Must deny yourself in other words lose your personality as a human conscience, lose your own place of seeing things and see them the way God sees them, Forget all those interests and desires of your own will.

And having done all that now you are ready to please God by taking up your own cross in other words carrying all your problems or burdens, sticking firmly to His Word, living by His example in deed and Word, conforming to Christ in other words Changing yourself until you be Christ-like.

✍️ Child of God, this is the only way you can win your own soul for Christ and UpTo the point of dying for your Faith in God through Christ you'll win your soul. Hallelujah!

Necessity Of Fasting

NECESSITY OF FASTING In the book of Mathew 9:14-15,we realize that the groom left only when he spent 3 days in the grave. We all believe in His resurrection and the bible clearly tells us that when we received Him He begun to dwell in us, in other words the bridegroom is with us still. So why then do we fast?? Many christians have it on their minds that it's because they fast that they receive results simply because they received results after some serious days, weeks, months, or even years of fasting, this is a very inconsistent way to go about fasting because if you think that what Jesus did on the cross is not enough, then how much more is your fasting insufficient?? , you can't help God by fasting.
