1 Corinthians 10:12 (MSB)
Don't be so naive and self-confident. You're not exempt. You could fall flat on your face as easily as anyone else. Forget about self-confidence; it's useless. Cultivate God-confidence. 

THE GOD-CONFIDENCE
It is something very good to have self confidence as a child of God. This is just to make you presentable and also able to present what is on your mind at certain times.

However, from our theme scripture, Apostle Paul is telling us that when it comes to the matter of this life of standing as a born again, self confidence/own confidence is not important.

✍️ Child of God, most of the times it's ourselves that let ourselves down in the name of self-confidence. But Paul is asking us to Cultivate GOD-CONFIDENCE; being taken up by what God is doing by that situation and being sure of it's expected end by Faith
knowing that His Grace is sufficient when you have GOD-CONFIDENCE.

Father I thank you for your Word. I am sure and confident that you are speaking to me through your word and you are with me in every situation I go through. Thank you for your sufficient Grace because I overcome all situations in Jesus'Mighty Name. Amen

Necessity Of Fasting

NECESSITY OF FASTING In the book of Mathew 9:14-15,we realize that the groom left only when he spent 3 days in the grave. We all believe in His resurrection and the bible clearly tells us that when we received Him He begun to dwell in us, in other words the bridegroom is with us still. So why then do we fast?? Many christians have it on their minds that it's because they fast that they receive results simply because they received results after some serious days, weeks, months, or even years of fasting, this is a very inconsistent way to go about fasting because if you think that what Jesus did on the cross is not enough, then how much more is your fasting insufficient?? , you can't help God by fasting.
