ACCOUNTABILITY OF A STEWARD

Luke 16:2 KJV
 And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward.

A steward, is one who has been entrusted with the management of someone else's possessions or resources, recognizes that everything they have ultimately belongs to Him, and their role is to manage these resources in a way that aligns with His purposes.

To us, He has entrusted so many great treasures, gifts and mysteries of the kingdom, to these, we are stewards.

As stewards, we have not only been entrusted with God's resources but also with the responsibility to use them wisely and for His purposes. Each of us will be held accountable for how we have managed them. 

In our theme verse, the steward is called to give accountability of his stewardship as regard the masters possessions.
Unfortunately for him, he had mishandled his stewardship, had been unfaithful and lost it!!

As stewards of Our masters business here on earth, we will have to account for that we have been trusted with. 
A record of how and for what we used the masters resources, and results there-of will have to be given. 

It's important to reflect on how we are managing what has been committed to us.
Let us strive to be diligent stewards, using our resources wisely, being accountable to God, and seeking His guidance in every aspect of our lives

Father thank you for great things you have given to me as steward over them. Thank You for the grace to live faithfully in these, be productive in all dealings to the glory of you my Lord in Jesus name ... Amen.

Necessity Of Fasting

NECESSITY OF FASTING In the book of Mathew 9:14-15,we realize that the groom left only when he spent 3 days in the grave. We all believe in His resurrection and the bible clearly tells us that when we received Him He begun to dwell in us, in other words the bridegroom is with us still. So why then do we fast?? Many christians have it on their minds that it's because they fast that they receive results simply because they received results after some serious days, weeks, months, or even years of fasting, this is a very inconsistent way to go about fasting because if you think that what Jesus did on the cross is not enough, then how much more is your fasting insufficient?? , you can't help God by fasting.
